FCX-DHD Microprocessor Control
The FCX DHD SERIES Microprocessor Control, standard on all DHD SERIES Dryers, offers additional features to monitor more variables than other standard dryer controls. Three additional analog pressure inputs monitor process and regeneration filter condition and hopper differential pressure. Record your process data for up to a 24 - 72 hour period and store it for future use. Later, download the information to a PC for charting and analysis. Data collection may also be linked to a specific material lot for quality monitoring. Use data to simplify troubleshooting issues and to schedule preventative maintenance that isn't always obvious during routine maintenance.
