The FCX PCT2
SERIES Microprocessor Control is standard on the PCT2 SERIES Dryer with addition
features to monitor more variables than other standard dryer controls. Download
your process information to a PC for charting and analysis. Three additional
analog pressure inputs monitor process and regeneration filter condition and
hopper differential pressure. All data can be recorded for a 24 - 72 hour period
and may also be linked to a specific material lot for quality monitoring.
Use data to assist with troubleshooting issues or to schedule
preventative maintenance that may not be obvious during routine maintenance. For
