FCX-XTLR Crystallizer Microprocessor Control
The FCX-XTLR
Microprocessor Control combines a simple operator interface with sophisticated
control technology. A large digital touch pad display, with status indicators,
offer visual status check of key operation elements on the crystallizer.
Interlocking control outputs initiate a loading sequence when the PET or PLA are
crystallized and ready to convey.
Additional features include Automatic,
Manual or optional Recirculation Mode, and the ability to revert back to factory
default settings. Optional control components for gas-fired process heat, a
process blower, monitoring and data-logging of three different pressure
differentials and power consumption are available.
