We are proud to announce the purchase of Universal Dynamics Incorporated by Piovan S.p.A. of
Santa Maria di Sala, Italy. Piovan is a well known leader in PET Bottle Auxiliary Equipment and
Systems in North America and manufactures a full line of auxiliary equipment world-wide. Piovan
operates manufacturing plants at the headquarters in Santa Maria di Sala near Venice as well as in

The acquisition will bring the international plastics machinery expertise of Piovan to our established
Universal Dynamics operation. We will retain the UnaDyn brand and manufacturing facilities in

William Goldfarb Appointed President of Universal Dynamics, Inc.
After 30 years of service with Una-Dyn, Donald Rainville (left), President of Universal Dynamics for most of those years, retires to a more peaceful life away from the hustle of Northern Virginia.
Promoted to President on the 50th anniversary of Una-Dyn is Vice President of the Integrated Systems Group, William Goldfarb (right). Bill has spent his entire professional career with Universal Dynamics building an incredible reputation in material handling systems for customers big and small alike.
